EXPOSING A PLAGIARIST IN ART

Dear Ramiz, thank you for your appreciation and interest in this matter. It is crucial that the truth comes to light and that we do not remain indifferent to fraud and plagiarism, especially in the art world, where originality and creativity are the foundation of our values.

I want to make it very clear that the person in question, Orhan Çebrailoglu, is not a genuine artist but a pure plagiarist, a fraud, and a usurper of others' work. This individual, who claims to be the creator and promoter of a performance that is, in fact, mine, has nothing authentic in what he presents. He is not a creator but merely a shameless copyist, who has built a false reputation based on the theft of my work.

How Did This Fraud Begin?

I met this person at various international symposiums, where he initially expressed admiration for my work and sought professional guidance. At the time, he pretended that he wanted to learn from me, but later, the truth became clear: he did not learn to develop his own style but to steal and copy everything I had built through years of hard work, effort, and creativity.

At first, he attempted to imitate details of my performance, but over time, he went further and began illegally and shamelessly presenting my performance as his own, manipulating event organizers and deceiving them with empty promises and free participation. This is a serious violation of artistic ethics and an open act of intellectual theft.

Why Can’t a Thief Be Called an Artist?

True art is not based on theft or deception. A genuine artist creates, develops, and refines their work through experience, talent, and passion. A plagiarist, on the other hand, is merely a shadow with no identity, a usurper who survives on the work of others.

Orhan Çebrailoglu has no creativity or originality. His entire body of work is nothing but a poor photocopy of an art form he has never truly mastered. He is incapable of creating anything new, so he chooses the lowest path: stealing the work of another artist. This is not just an issue of immorality but a condemnable act that destroys the very integrity of art.

The Consequences of Plagiarism in the Art World

Plagiarism is not a harmless act; on the contrary, it is a moral and intellectual crime that seriously harms the art world. It damages the credibility of honest artists, misleads audiences, and destroys the principles of artistic meritocracy. A true artist does not fear competition because they build upon their own originality. A plagiarist, on the other hand, always remains in someone else's shadow, living in fear of their deception being exposed.

Fortunately, true art and artists with integrity cannot be undermined by thieves like this individual. All my genuine colleagues in the art world know who I am, what I have created, and how many years of work and sacrifice I have invested in this performance. No one can take that away and falsely claim it as their own.

A Call for Transparency and Justice

I am making this public statement so that the artistic community and the public are aware of this disgraceful act. No art thief should go unpunished! Art is one of humanity’s most valuable treasures, and it must be protected from manipulators and fraudsters like Orhan Çebrailoglu.

Finally, I want to make a clear call: let us support true artists and expose plagiarists because authentic art deserves to triumph over lies and theft.

Best regards from the Netherlands,
